With the rapid development of Core AI technology, artificial intelligence is also rapidly increasing its influence in all academic fields.

Seoul National University has more than 100 AI professors, more than 200 AI application labs, and more than 2,000 AI researchers, and the best core AI researchers in the school participated and established Interdisciplinary Program in Artificial Intelligence(IPAI).

We have established a cooperative course centered on professors who study core artificial intelligence technology itself, and we will continue to increase the participation of those who want to participate in artificial intelligence education in various academic fields in the future.

Students were selected in time for the opening of the second semester of 2020. IPAI will serve as a representative institution for graduate artificial intelligence education along with the artificial intelligence joint major and artificial intelligence semiconductor joint major newly established in undergraduate studies.

Seoul National University IPAI pursues world-class academic excellence in the field of Core AI.

IPAI will become a center of AI research and the training of advanced master’s and doctoral-level talents at Seoul National University and representative institutions for graduate education.
